Senior Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. Ideally, we are looking for a person who has excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles including import\/export documentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manage all our accounting transactions<\/li><li>Reconcile accounts payable and receivable<\/li><li>Ensure timely bank payments<\/li><li>Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings<\/li><li>Liase with the company CA to prepare\/manage balance sheets, profit\/loss statements, trial balance, cash flow statements etc&#8230;<\/li><li>Audit financial transactions and documents<\/li><li>Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary<\/li><li>Comply with financial policies and regulations<\/li><li>Prepare tax returns and pay taxes timely (GST filing, TDS return etc..)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Work experience as an Accountant of at least 8 \u2013 10years<\/li><li>Experience with a manufacturing\/exporting company is preferable.<\/li><li>Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including import\/ exports documentations<\/li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting softwares like Zohobooks<\/li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills will be an added quality<\/li><li>Experience with general ledger functions<\/li><li>Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Experience : 8 &#8211; 10 years Qualification : B. com an experienced Senior Accountant to manage all our general accounting operations.
